Security, Infrastructure) to ensure accurate configuration data.\n\nContinuous Improvement\n\nDevelop CMDB health dashboards, KPIs, and audit mechanisms.\n\nIdentify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.\n\nTroubleshoot ITOM/CMDB issues and drive long-term stability.\n\nRequired Skills\n\nStrong expertise in ServiceNow CMDB (4+ years) and ITOM modules (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Orchestration).\n\nHands-on experience with Identification & Reconciliation Engine (IRE) and CMDB governance.\n\nProficiency in ServiceNow development (Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Flow Designer).\n\nKnowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem, Asset, Configuration Management).\n\nExperience in cloud integrations (Azure, AWS, GCP) and monitoring
