: \n\nWe are looking for an experienced IBM Sterling Order Management System (OMS) Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in developing, customizing, implementing, and supporting Sterling OMS solutions.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\n- Develop, customize, and enhance IBM Sterling OMS applications based on business requirements.\n\n- Configure and customize order management workflows, pipelines, order fulfillment, and inventory management processes.\n\n- Develop and maintain Sterling OMS APIs, services, user exits, agents, and custom business logic.\n\n- Work on order orchestration, order capture, order promising, sourcing, fulfillment, and shipment processes.\n\n- Develop and maintain integrations between Sterling OMS and external systems using REST APIs, SOAP, XML, JSON, and messaging technologies.\n\n- Work with IBM Sterling OMS frameworks, including Service Definition Framework (SDF), XML templates, and configurable business rules.\n\n- Perform debugging, root-cause analysis, performance tuning, and resolution of technical issues.\n\n- Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, architects, and other developers throughout the software development lifecycle.\n\n- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, integration testing, deployments, and production support.\n\n- Prepare technical documentation and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.\n\nTechnical Skills : \n\n- 5+ years of experience in IBM Sterling OMS development.\n\n- Proficiency in Java, J2EE, SQL, XML, and XSLT.\n\n- Experience with Sterling OMS APIs, services, user exits, agents, and customizations.\n\n- Strong understanding of order management, order fulfillment, inventory, sourcing, and shipment workflows.\n\n- Experience with REST/SOAP web services and system integrations.\n\n- Knowledge of Sterling OMS configuration, pipelines, business rules, and transaction management.\n\n- Experience with application servers, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.\n\n- Familiarity with Git, build tools, and CI/CD processes.\n\nPreferred Skills : \n\n- Experience with IBM Sterling OMS on Cloud.\n\n- Exposure to IBM Sterling OMS upgrades, migrations, and implementations.\n\n- Experience in e-commerce, retail, or supply chain management projects.\n\n- Knowledge of message queues and enterprise integration patterns.\n\n- Experience with production support and incident management.\n\nDesired Candidate Profile : \n\n- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\n- Good communication and stakeholder
