staffing vendors, consulting partners, and system integrators.\nSupport contingent workforce hiring across contract, C2H, T&M, and project-based roles.\nCoordinate with internal teams, procurement teams, HR, TA, and business stakeholders.\nShare open requirements with vendors and ensure timely profile submissions.\nNegotiate rates, margins, payment terms, and vendor agreements.\nTrack vendor performance, SLA adherence, quality of submissions, turnaround time, and closures.\nMaintain vendor database, rate cards, contracts, compliance documents, and empanelment records.\nEnsure compliance
