The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial planning and analysis (FP&A), budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and reporting.\n\nThe candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Workday Adaptive Planning solutions to streamline financial planning processes and improve business decision-making.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\n- Implement, configure, and support Workday Adaptive Planning solutions based on business requirements.\n\n- Develop and maintain financial models, planning sheets, dimensions, and calculated accounts.\n\n- Support budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and analysis processes.\n\n- Design and maintain reports, dashboards, and management reporting solutions.\n\n- Manage data integration between Workday Adaptive Planning and other financial systems or data sources.\n\n- Collaborate with finance teams, business stakeholders, and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective planning solutions.\n\n- Troubleshoot application issues, perform root-cause analysis, and provide ongoing application support.\n\n- Optimize existing planning models, workflows, and reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.\n\n- Assist with testing, validation, documentation, and deployment of planning solutions.\n\n- Support financial reporting and ensure data accuracy and consistency across planning models.\n\nRequired Skills :\n\n- 4+ years of relevant experience in Workday Adaptive Planning / Adaptive Insights.\n\n- Hands-on experience with configuration, implementation, or application support.\n\n- Strong understanding of financial planning and analysis (FP&A), budgeting, and forecasting.\n\n- Experience in financial modelling, planning sheets, dimensions, and calculated accounts.\n\n- Knowledge of reports, dashboards, and data integration.\n\n- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into functional planning
