This role involves configuration, maintenance, and optimization of Workday Advanced Compensation functionality, ensuring seamless integration with HCM and other Workday modules supporting global HR processes.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\n- Design and configure advanced compensation components including salary planning, bonus/incentive plans, and stock plans.\n\n- Set up compensation review templates, guidelines, and eligibility rules for advanced compensation programs.\n\n- Implement business processes for advanced compensation events (e.g., merit cycles, bonus payouts, stock grants).\n\n- Configure compensation grids, ranges, and budget pools for planning cycles.\n\n- Perform regular audits of advanced compensation plans and eligibility rules.\n\n- Update advanced compensation structures during organizational changes or annual cycles.\n\n- Maintain security roles and domain policies for advanced compensation data.\n\n- Diagnose and resolve issues related to compensation calculations, eligibility, and workflows.\n\n- Build custom reports and dashboards for advanced compensation analytics using Workday Report Writer.\n\nRequired Skills & Qualifications : \n\n- Strong hands-on experience with Workday Advanced Compensation configuration.\n\n- Knowledge of salary planning, bonus/incentive plans, and stock plan administration.\n\n- Familiarity with Workday security model and domain policies.\n\n- Experience in Workday reporting tools.\n\n- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.\n\n- Strong understanding of HR processes and compliance requirements.\n\nPreferred Experience : \n\n- Workday Certification in Advanced Compensation.\n\n- Experience with related modules such as Compensation, Recruiting, and Absence Management.\n\n- Prior involvement in Workday implementation or optimization projects.\n\nSoft Skills : \n\n- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.\n\n- Ability to work independently
