In this role, you will collect, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources, uncover trends and patterns and present your findings in ways that help leadership make informed business decisions. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical thinking with proficiency in data visualization tools and excellent communication skills - able to make complex data clear and actionable in support of the business.\nKey Responsibilities\nCollect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.\nAnalyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.\nDevelop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools such as Power BI,Tableau, or Excel.\n\nWrite and optimize SQL queries to extract and manipulate data.\nCollaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and provideactionable insights.\n\nMonitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular performance reports.\nIdentify data quality issues and recommend improvements to data collection and managementprocesses.\n\nPresent findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences.\nSupport forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning through data analysis.\n\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Data Analytics or related field.\n1-4 years of experience in data analysis or a similar role.\nProficiency in SQL for querying and managing databases.\nAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.\nExperience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with Python or R for data analysis and automation.\nFamiliarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.\nKnowledge of data warehousing and ETL processes.\nExperience working with large datasets and business intelligence tools.\n.\nWilson Elser offers a competitive salary and benefits package designed to support our attorneys both professionally and personally.\nA variety of factors are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to experience, education, licensure and/or certifications, geographic location, market demands, other business and organizational needs, and other factors permitted by law.
