We are seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our Los Angeles office. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional looking to build a long-term career with a stable and growing firm while gaining exposure to sophisticated litigation matters. \nThis position offers a flexible hybrid schedule, combining in-office collaboration with remote work.\nThe Position\nAs a Litigation Paralegal, you will play an integral role supporting attorneys through all phases of the litigation lifecycle. You will work on complex matters, collaborate with experienced legal professionals, and contribute meaningfully to case strategy and preparation.\nThis role is ideal for a proactive professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in producing high-quality work product.\nKey Responsibilities:\nSupport attorneys through all stages of litigation, from initial investigation through trial preparation.\nConduct research using court databases and online resources to obtain case-related information.\nReview, analyze, and organize document productions from opposing counsel and third parties.\nPrepare summaries of deposition transcripts and key case materials\nAssist with preparation of materials for expert witnesses, including organizing supporting documentation\nMaintain well-organized case files and manage large volumes of documents\nTrack deadlines and support attorneys with case management activities\nCollaborate with attorneys and team members to ensure efficient workflow and strong client service\nDraft subpoenas and coordinate retrieval of medical, employment, and other relevant records\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree required, Paralegal Certificate preferred\n3+ years of litigation paralegal experience\nInsurance defense experience is a plus\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment\nStrong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities\nExperience drafting subpoenas and managing records requests\nExperience with insurance defense or insurance coverage matters is a plus, but not required\nWilson Elser offers a competitive salary and benefits package designed to support our attorneys both professionally and personally.\nA variety of factors are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to experience, education, licensure and/or certifications, geographic location, market demands, other business and organizational needs, and other factors permitted by law. This position is also eligible for discretionary bonuses. Final salary wages offered may be outside of this range based on other reasons and individual circumstances.
