Interns will be part of an accelerated learning experience, to challenge skills learned in the classroom and develop new skills while working on active Wilton Re projects. In addition, interns will connect to our company culture through community outreach projects and be able to develop their professional skills and business acumen through frequent exposure to senior leadership, unique projects, and a network of mentors and fellow interns.\nResponsibilities Inventory and document IT processes, workflows, and operational procedures Support documentation of critical business processes and technology dependencies Help organize SharePoint and Teams content repositories Document workflow owners, dependencies, support contacts, and business purpose Assist with automation governance reporting Assist with Power BI dashboard maintenance Build reports related to: SDMT capacity utilization Sprint metrics Ticket trends Project status reporting Operational KPIs Analyze historical service desk data for trends and improvement opportunities Assist with project work related to Identity Access Management and Security Groups.
