You will work with emerging AI technologies while also contributing to the development of new products and platform capabilities.\nWe are looking for engineers who combine strong software engineering fundamentals with proven experience building real-world AI applications, enjoy solving complex technical challenges, and can turn innovative ideas into reliable, production-ready solutions.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nBuild software applications and platforms: Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications, APIs, and services that power WIN's existing and emerging digital products.\nDevelop agentic AI capabilities: Build and enhance intelligent AI agents and automated workflows that can interact with systems, retrieve information, make decisions within defined parameters, and execute actions to complete business processes.\nIntegrate systems and technologies: Develop robust integrations connecting internal applications, third-party platforms, AI services, and external tools using Python, REST APIs, webhooks, MCP, and other integration technologies.\nEngineer and optimize AI workflows: Integrate and orchestrate LLMs, AI agents, and external services, including evaluating and switching between AI models and providers to improve accuracy, performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.\nEnsure reliability and scalability: Build, test, deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot applications and integrations.
