Our equipment can produce highly complex semiconductor parts, enabling next level efficiencies in electronics manufacturing.\nJOIN US as a Site Service Engineer, based at our customer site at Springfield, OH, and we can offer you an opportunity to work for a high-tech, specialist company working with some of the best global names in aerospace, medical, semiconductor and clean energy.\nThe successful candidate will be working at the customer site to troubleshoot and provide solutions to machine breakdowns, installation, commissioning and on-going maintenance of Winbro equipment including machines, water plants, tooling, machine rebuilds and technology upgrades.\nRole and responsibilities:\nResponsible for the prompt identification and resolution of Winbro manufactured machinery issues and breakdowns to ensure effective right first-time repair with a high level of customer service, always.\nProvide technical customer service and support during the installation, commissioning and servicing of Winbro manufactured machinery along with associated support equipment.\nMaintain, service and commission of EDM machine tools along with associated automation equipment utilizing electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and high-pressure water systems troubleshooting skills.\nInstallation and commissioning of technical upgrade packages from mechanical, pneumatic and electrical drawings along with Software & Firmware updates of required components.\nContribute to customer satisfaction by executing preventive and reactive maintenance at the customer site along with timely response to service requests.\nProvide technical support and service training both internally and externally whilst maintaining professional and technical knowledge.\nContribute to the continuous improvement effort and the support of multiple teams.\nAccurate completion of written and PC based maintenance records.\nProvide periodic reports to management including customer complaints, trends, and suggestions for improvement.\nAdditional responsibilities include; customer relationship management, written documentation of service activities, and effective interaction and communication with internal technical support personnel, manufacturing and sales.\nRequirements\nWe are looking for a candidate with excellent all-round skills in electrical/electronic and mechanical maintenance disciplines. \nYou will have a detailed working knowledge of PC based CNC equipment. \nWe have a physical requirement including the ability to lift 50 lbs. \nYou must possess a valid driver's license along with U.S. Citizenship or be an existing Green Card holder due to our customer facility access requirements.\nBenefits\nPay: Hourly paid position - very competitive.\nBenefits: CIGNA medical health plan options, low employee cost-share per month, and Winbro contributes to family plans.
