This team's mission is to deliver ultra-fast, resilient infrastructure and a superior developer experience, enabling the trading teams to deploy strategies at lightning speed.\nWhat will you do in the DevOps team\nSupport engineering teams by maintaining and improving the high-frequency trading (HFT) platform across multiple cloud and On-Prem environments.\n\nWork on network, operation system and application to achieve ultra-low latency and high system reliability.\n\nEnhance the developer experience by introducing modern tools, automation, and best practices across infrastructure and development workflows.\n\nExplore and implement new technologies to further optimize infrastructure performance and scalability, ensuring Wincent stays ahead of the market\n\nWhat we expect from you\nSenior Engineering Expertise: 5+ years of strong coding background, knowledge of Python, Ansible or Terraform is a plus.\n\nStrong DevOps Background: Experience with troubleshooting Kubernetes and Docker, debugging apps, profiling, network administration (at least basic knowledge).\n\nCloud & Networking: We use AWS cloud but knowledge of other clouds is an advantage. The typical base salary range is 80,000 € - 150,000 €per year, with the final offer reflecting each candidate’s individual experience and depth of technical skill. We can go even higher on base salary in specific cases.\n\nEvery six months, we celebrate impact. This bonus is tied directly to both individual excellence and the fund’s overall performance. When the team wins, you win too.
