more at www.Windwalker.com\nWindwalker Group seeks a Full Time Overnight 11PM - 7AM unarmed security guard to join our stationary vehicle patrol operation in Dorchester, MA.\nPay: $26 an hour\nThis position requires an active, clean driver's license and overnight availability.\nWindwalker Security Guards will provide a variety of services, which may include, but is not limited to the following tasks:\nMaintain a visible security presence from a stationary vehicle to deter unauthorized activity and promote a safe and secure environment.\nMonitor surrounding areas for suspicious behavior, security threats, safety hazards, and unauthorized access.\nMaintain a professional appearance and demeanor while representing the company and client at all times.\nEnforce established security protocols and ensure compliance with site-specific policies and procedures.\nMaintain effective communication and coordination with local, state, and federal law enforcement, including DHS, when applicable.\nDemonstrate a zero-tolerance approach to unprofessional conduct, security violations, and activities that compromise site safety.\nObserve, document, and promptly report suspicious activity, incidents, and security concerns to supervisors and appropriate personnel.\nMaintain consistent communication with security officers, client representatives, and company management to support coordinated security operations.\nREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:\nHigh school diploma or GED required\nMust be at least 18 years old\nActive and clean Drivers License\nAbility to pass a background check\nAbility to react quickly to a changing environment\nAdvanced ability to respond to security breaches and threats.\nComfortable kneeling, carrying, bending, walking, and standing for extended periods of time\nAbility to inform personnel and visitors of security procedures\nExcellent interpersonal, written, and communication skills\nPossess an ability to be flexible and perform a variety of security duties\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:\nA minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role preferred\nKnowledge of security systems and surveillance equipment preferred\nCPR, First Aid, AED, NARCAN, MOAB, or ACT I, II, or III Certifications highly preferred\nAssociates degree or greater in Criminal Justice related studies\nExperience in documenting, observations, customer service and security procedures\nPrevious patrol
