We’re looking for a motivated Bartender who can hit the ground running and transition with us into the winter season.\nStart Date: ASAP\nPay: $13/hour + pooled tips\nJob Duties:\nFollow WMC alcohol service policies and know all menus.\nProvide courteous, efficient service per standards.\nKeep work area clean (sinks, glassware, utensils, equipment).\nSet up and break down bar stations and remote beverage areas.\nClean/reset tables and bar areas between functions.\nAssist with food service, promotions, and special events.\nRestock supplies (liquor, beer, juice, ice, glassware); change kegs/canisters.\nHelp with inventory and waste disposal.\nComplete end-of-shift balancing and tip allocation.\nMaintain a clean, professional appearance per dress code.\nRequirements\nJob Qualifications:\nMust be 21+ and obtain TIPS certification before starting\nPrior bartending experience, preferably in upscale dining\nKnowledge of NYS Liquor Authority regulations\nFriendly and professional with guests and staff\nAble to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment\nCapable of multitasking and serving multiple guests\nProficient with POS systems, making change, and managing checks\nDeliver food and drinks quickly, accurately, and courteously\nPhysical Requirements:\nAbility to regularly lift and maneuver up to 25 pounds\nAbility to remain standing for up to 10 hours.\nAble to navigate congested areas with an overhead held weighted tray.\nAbility to stand and walk on uneven terrain, including snow and ice covered surfaces.\nAbility to climb stairs and ladders.\nAbility to push, pull, bend, stoop, kneel, and reach regularly.\nWork Schedule and Conditions: We are in the business of providing a premier product and experience for our guests. Traditionally our busy periods are during weekends and holiday periods which you will be expected to work.
