Hours vary based on business needs.\nConditions: Primarily office-based with occasional work throughout resort properties and staff housing locations.\nPosition Summary: The Human Resources Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the HR Department, helping ensure an exceptional employee experience from hiring through employment. This role supports recruiting, onboarding, training, employee records, uniforms, staff housing administration, and daily HR operations while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.\nKey Responsibilities:\nServe as the first point of contact for team members, applicants, and visitors.\nManage HR phone, email, and employee inquiries in a professional and timely manner.\nCoordinate interviews, onboarding, orientations, and training programs.\nMaintain employee records and assist with HRIS administration, reporting, and troubleshooting.\nProcess workers’ compensation paperwork and maintain required compliance records.\nManage employee uniform inventory, ordering, distribution, and tracking.\nAssist with staff housing administration, agreements, and occupancy records.\nSupport recruiting efforts, career fairs, and community hiring events.\nAssist with employee engagement activities and company events.\nMaintain accurate permitted driver records.\nPerform general administrative and departmental support duties as assigned.\nQualifications:\nExcellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.\nStrong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.\nAbility to handle confidential information with discretion.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office; HRIS experience preferred.\nSelf-motivated, dependable, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.\nPrevious administrative experience required; HR experience preferred.\nKnowledge of labor laws and HR practices is a plus.\nValid driver's license and ability to pass background and MVR checks.\nPhysical Requirements:\nAbility to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.\nAbility to lift and move up to 30 pounds.\nAbility to work indoors and occasionally outdoors in varying weather conditions.\nAbility to navigate stairs, uneven terrain, snow, and ice when necessary.\nAbility to bend, reach, kneel, push, pull, and perform computer-based tasks regularly.\nRequirements\nAdditional Information:\nThis job posting is intended to provide a general overview of the role and does not represent a complete list of all duties and responsibilities.
