We can’t wait to meet you!\nThese roles will ideally start in July or August.\nPay 18-24 per hour\nJob Duties:\nFollow food safety, sanitation, and handling standards\nOperate grill, fryer, steam table, and assist with baking and food prep\nSet up and stock stations to ensure smooth service\nPrepare a variety of fresh foods, including salads, meats, soups, and desserts\nClean and maintain kitchen equipment as needed\nStore food properly and manage deliveries and stock rotation\nAssist with special events and support inventory tasks\nRequirements\nJob Qualifications:\nThorough understanding of food safety and health regulations.\nStrong familiarity with commercial kitchen tools, utensils, and equipment.\nMust be able to follow directions thoroughly and accurately.\nMust be comfortable interacting with both staff and guests in a friendly and helpful manner.\nPhysical Requirements:\nAbility to lift and maneuver up to 50 pounds.\nAbility to stand and walk for up to 10 hours.\nAbility to stand and walk on uneven terrain, including snow and ice covered surfaces.\nAbility to climb stairs and ladders.\nAbility to push, pull, bend, stoop, kneel, and reach regularly.\nWork Schedule and Conditions: We are in the business of providing a premier product and experience for our guests. Traditionally our busy periods are during weekends and holiday periods which you will be expected to work.
