This is a great opportunity to come on board during the summer, learn how we run our kitchens, and be ready to go for the winter season.\nWe are a luxury four season destination where hospitality is the core of our world. You could be working at either The Grill or the renowned Cin!Cin!, both fine dining outlets, each with their own style and pace. There is room to grow and find your place in either space.\nThis is an on-site role, and summer and fall season housing is available for the right candidate. We can’t wait to meet you!\nThese roles will ideally start in July or August.\nPay: $60,000-$70,000 per year\nJob Duties\nFollow food safety and sanitation standards\nPrep, cook, and maintain recipe consistency\nSet up and check the line for service\nOperate and clean kitchen equipment\nHelp manage inventory, deliveries, and storage\nReduce waste and keep the kitchen organized\nSupport events as needed\nRequirements\nJob Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent work experience.\nSupervisory experience, preferably in Food & Beverage.\nStrong organizational skills.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills.\nThorough understanding of food safety and health regulations.\nStrong familiarity with commercial kitchen tools, utensils, and equipment.\nMust be able to give and follow directions thoroughly and accurately.\nMust be able to handle a stressful, noisy, and crowded work environment.\nMust be comfortable interacting with both staff and guests in a friendly and helpful manner.\nPhysical Requirements:\nMust be able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted\nMust be able to stand for up to 12 hours\nAbility to stand and walk on uneven terrain, including snow and ice covered surfaces.\nAbility to climb stairs and ladders.\nAbility to push, pull, bend, stoop, kneel, and reach regularly.\nWork Schedule and Conditions: We are in the business of providing a premier guest experience. Traditionally our busy periods are during weekends and holiday periods which you will be expected to work.
