This is an indoor position.\nOverview of Position:\nThe Ticketing Supervisor creates a welcoming guest experience while overseeing daily ticketing operations. This role supports ticket sales, season passes, memberships, staff supervision, scheduling, guest issue resolution, and departmental efficiency. The position requires strong customer service, leadership, accuracy, and professionalism while working closely with multiple resort departments.\nKey Responsibilities:\nSupervise daily ticketing operations and support exceptional guest service.\nResolve guest concerns and assist with transaction or system issues.\nCreate and manage staff schedules and departmental coverage.\nSell and assign 3500 Club lockers and maintain locker room standards.\nPrepare coffee service on weekends and holidays.\nProcess lift ticket and season pass sales and ensure transaction accuracy.\nMaintain confidential guest information and financial records.\nTrain, coach, and support ticketing staff.\nMonitor POS systems and assist with troubleshooting.\nSupport departmental goals, reporting, and operational improvements.\nProvide information on resort products, events, and services.\nPartner with Membership, Snowsports, Lift Operations, Finance, and Guest Services teams.\nAssist with special events, promotions, and other duties as assigned.\nQualifications:\nPrevious leadership experience in ticketing, guest services, hospitality, retail, or a related field.\nStrong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.\nExperience with POS systems and handling transactions.\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.\nAbility to train and support team members.\nHighly organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.\nPhysical Requirements:\nAbility to stand and walk for extended periods.\nAbility to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 25 pounds occasionally.\nAbility to work primarily indoors with some outdoor responsibilities.\nAbility to bend, reach, climb stairs, and perform repetitive computer tasks.\nAbility to operate standard office equipment.\nRequirements\nAdditional Information:\nThis job posting is intended to provide a general overview of the role and does not represent a complete list of all duties and responsibilities.
