Weekend availability is required.\nConditions: Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions, including rain, sleet, snow, hail, wind, and cold temperatures.\nOverview of Position: Uncertified Ski Instructors provide safe, fun, and engaging lessons for guests of all ages, with a primary focus on children. Ideal candidates are passionate about skiing and enjoy helping others learn and grow. No prior teaching experience is required; training is provided.\nKey Responsibilities:\nTeach group and private lessons for children and adults\nPromote safe skiing and riding practices\nCreate a positive and engaging learning environment\nSelect appropriate terrain and lesson progression for students\nFollow all Ski & Ride School policies and procedures\nDeliver outstanding guest experiences\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills\nCommitment to safety and continuous learning\nQualifications:\nMust be at least 14 years old\nAble to make linked turns on intermediate terrain\nPhysical Requirements:\nLift and move up to 50 pounds\nSki or ride on green and blue terrain for up to 6 hours daily\nWork outdoors in varying winter weather conditions\nSafely navigate uneven, snow- and ice-covered terrain\nRequirements\nAdditional Information:\nThis job posting is intended to provide a general overview of the role and does not represent a complete list of all duties and responsibilities.
