What You'll Do

• Engage with event attendees and create a positive first impression of Window Nation.
• Start conversations with homeowners and identify those interested in new windows or doors.
• Schedule in-home consultations for our sales team.
• Meet and exceed lead generation goals while earning commission for your results.
• Assist with setting up and breaking down event displays and materials.

Part-Time Schedule

• 10-30 hours per week.
• Evening and weekend availability is required.
• Must be available to work at least two weekends per month.

What We're Looking For

• Comfortable approaching and speaking with new people throughout the day.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Reliable transportation to travel to events.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus-but not required.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for 6-8 hours during events, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to lift and move event materials weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
