This role ensures customer retention, satisfaction, and revenue growth by building strong client relationships, optimizing customer journeys, and leading high-performing, cross functional project teams to deliver specific and agreed projects.\nThe role combines strong and motivational leadership, operational excellence, and hands-on customer engagement to drive focussed project delivery providing long-term customer value and business growth.\nKey Responsibilities\nLeadership\nExecute and lead Customer Success projects, aligned with and delivering on company objectives.\nCoordinate the programme of delivery projects within country (TBA) and act as project manager for key projects.\nDrive customer retention, expansion, and advocacy within the associated projects.\nIdentify growth opportunities within existing projects.\nCollaborate with Sales, Marketing, Production, Engineering, Product, and Support teams to enhance customer experience.\nTeam Management & Development\nContribute to the setting of clear project performance goals.\nConduct regular project performance reviews.\nFoster a high-performance, customer-centric culture.\nCustomer Relationship Management\nBuild relationships with key customers and partners.\nAct as escalation point for critical project issues.\nLead project delivery reviews.\nEnsure onboarding and integration processes drive rapid customer adoption and value realization.\nOperational Excellence\nImplement standardized Customer Success processes and best practices.\nMonitor and report on key performance metrics\nImprove customer lifecycle management (onboarding → adoption → retention → expansion).\nEnsure CRM and CS tools are used effectively and input to the design of ongoing Customer Support requirement.\nRevenue & Retention Ownership\nSupport upsell and cross-sell initiatives in collaboration with Sales.\nSupport implementation and adoption as appropriate with end user /customer\nMarket & Customer Insights\nProvide feedback to Product and Leadership teams based on customer insights.\nFeedback market trends and competitive landscape within the country.\nRepresent the voice of the project delivery in strategic discussions.\nKey Performance Indicators\nProject delivery metrics (Time, Cost and Objectives)\nCustomer Satisfaction (CSAT)\nUpsell / Cross-sell Revenue\nCustomer Adoption Metrics\nQualifications & Experience\n3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or related roles.\n5+ years in leadership or people management.\nDemonstrated successful experience in challenging markets of project delivery and focus\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\nStrong business acumen and commercial mindset.\nCore
