This position will be responsible for automating functions company-wide for all departments. This highly technical role incorporates computer programming, software engineering, data architecture and management. This position will be responsible for supporting the data access and data reporting needs of Windsor and its stakeholders.\nPosition Responsibilities\n\nResearch and prepare reports; analyze and explain variances.\nPrepare effective presentations, reports, dashboards, and other communications to be leveraged both with stakeholders.\nGather requirements and specifications from end-users to gain familiarity with specific data management needs.\nAbility to write complex operations, scripts, and triggers to support database access and address software bugs.\nEnsure compliance with data privacy policies and maintain confidentiality of client data.\nPropose and develop new methodologies and institute best practices to further enhance database performance.\nStrong ability to develop automated visualizations that easily and effectively communicate complex analytical results to business partners.\nMost operate within Company’s change management policy, while ensuring quality control measures are achieved and data integrity maintained.\nLead weekly department Level 10 meeting with cross-departmental stakeholders.\nEffectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.\nAdhere specifically to all Company policies and procedures, Federal and State regulations, and laws.\nComplete online and other regulatory compliance training by the specified due dates.\nOpen cases/tickets with vendors and suppliers as needed.\nPerform other duties as required.\nMinimum Education & Experience\nBachelor's degree in Math/Statistics, Business, Computer Science or equivalent related work experience\nA minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience working in business analytics, data management, data architecture, business intelligence or comparable role.\nMust have at least 3+ years of experience in web application development and/or Microsoft SQL database development experience.\nStrong Experience in n-tier application architecture design on the Microsoft platform.\nTechnical Knowledge and Skills\nIntermediate to expert level SQL knowledge.\nProven knowledge of principles and methods for managing projects, products and/or software development focused on payment processing and/or financial services.\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills required (macros, VLOOKUP’s, pivot tables, etc.).\nMust be a self-starter, results-oriented, analytical and have strong problem-solving skills.\nMust possess a structured discipline of coding standards and programming documentation.\nStrong conceptual knowledge in a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.\nAbility to maintain confidentiality.\nExperience with MS Office User Forms (VBA/Python)\nProficiency in MS Office Suite.\n1-2 Years of Experience with MS SQL Server\nAbility to resolve high-priority issues outside of standard business hours.\nMust have at least 1-2 years of experience in web application development and/or Microsoft SQL database development experience.\nAbility to utilize AI resources and validate any outputs in a reliable manner prior to implementation in production.\nAble to assist with training AI to further production and reliability in coding and data architecture.\nSnowflake Data Integration Experience.\nAzure Data Factory Experience or similar Azure Apps.\nAbility to read & write Python/Pandas.\nREST API Knowledge.\nKnowledge of Banking or Government Guaranteed Lending.\nC# or similar experience.\nCompensation\nBase Salary Range: $70,000 - $85,000 annually. Final determination of where you are at in the salary range is based on numerous factors such as geographical location, relevant experience, skill set, education, and ability to meet qualifications within the job description. \nAdditional Compensation: This role will include a yearly annual target bonus based on individual performance.\nWorking Arrangements\nThis is a hybrid role expected to work in our Indianapolis office Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
