successful candidate will be accountable for:\nRequirements Gathering & Analysis:Work closely with business stakeholders and PMO to understand business needs, clarify requirements, identifygaps, and translate high-level requests into detailed functional specifications.\nBusiness-to-IT Coordination:Act as the main point of contact between business stakeholders, IT Project Managers, Developers, QA, and other technical teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and aligned.\nDocumentation & Ticket Preparation:Prepare and maintainfunctional requirements, business process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria, and Jira epics/stories, ensuring development requests are sufficiently detailed before entering IT delivery planning.\nBusiness Process & System Analysis:Analyseexisting processes and systems, identifyimprovement opportunities, and assess the potential business impact and dependencies of proposed changes.\n\nRequirements Validation:Review requirements with relevant stakeholders, resolve ambiguities, document business rules and exceptions, and obtain the necessary confirmations before development begins.\nProject Delivery Support:Support IT Project Managers and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle by answering functional questions, managing requirement clarifications, and assessing the impact of changes.\nTesting & User Acceptance:Collaborate with QA and business stakeholders to define expected outcomes, support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and ensure delivered functionality meets the agreed business requirements.\nContinuous Improvement:Identifyrecurring gaps in requirements, documentation, and communication, and recommend improvements to strengthen the overall business-to-IT delivery process.\n\nThe ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications/skills:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a relatedfield.\nMinimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, Systems Analyst, or in a similar role.\nProven experience gathering, analysing, documenting, and validatingbusiness and functional requirements.\nExperience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, functional specifications, and business process documentation.\nGood understanding of software development lifecycles, Agile methodologies, and IT project delivery processes.\nExperience working with Jira, Confluence, or similar project management and documentation tools.\nAbility to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nStrong analytical thinking, attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities.\nExcellent command of English, both written and verbal.\nThe successful candidate
