As a Civil Engineer, you will support project teams in delivering innovative infrastructure solutions under the guidance of experienced professionals in both municipal and land development departments. This role offers the opportunity to develop technical expertise through hands-on experience with engineering calculations, CAD design, and construction administration. You'll work closely with project teams to translate engineering concepts into detailed designs while maintaining Windsor's commitment to quality. The ideal candidate brings enthusiasm for problem-solving, strong attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset that aligns with our core values: Take Ownership, Keep Growing, Serve Exceptionally, Raise the Bar.\nWHAT YOU'LL DO\nDemonstrate Windsor’s core values though positive representation and strong relationship building.\nAssist our Project Engineers with a wide variety of infrastructure projects including water, wastewater, stormwater, and land development.\nPerform engineering calculations and technical work under qualified supervision.\nPerform drafting and modeling using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and/or Revit software. \nSupport project delivery through engineering, drafting, and planning activities.\nAssist with project plans and specifications, preparing cost and quantity take-off estimates.\nBring an enthusiastic approach to your work daily, with a willingness to see challenges as opportunities. \nParticipate in continuous learning of industry standards and codes.\nComplete site visits as needed. \nQUALIFICATIONS\n1+ Years of experience in CAD, Civil3D modeling and drafting(Coursework counts)\nBachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a similar degree from an accredited institution, or equivalent work experience.\nEIT Certification Preferred\nFamiliarity in preparing, reading, and understanding technical documents \nExperience with drafting and modeling tools such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, GIS, and Bluebeam\nKnowledge of basic MS Office skills including Word and Excel \nStrong written, verbal and technical communication skills, and ability to work on a team\nA valid driver’s license and reliable transportation\nBENEFITS\nSelf-Managed PTO: Take a minimum of 2 weeks, the rest is up to you.\nPaid Parental Leave: Because family always comes first.\nMultiple healthcare plan options- with $0 premium options for employees and families offered dependent on plan.\n$0 Vision, and Dental Premiums for employees AND families: We want you and your family to be happy and healthy.\n401k Company Match\nWork-from-home Flexibility: Because life is flexible - we should be too.\nComprehensive Employee Development: Training paths & programs, coaching and support.
