This role combines strong technical expertisein the ServiceNow platform with consulting and implementation skills to deliver high-quality, scalable applications and modules. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience building, customizing, and integrating ServiceNow applications across multiple modules, and preferably is a ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions-including custom applications, workflows, forms, UI policies, business rules, and integrations-ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements.\n\nDesign and configure solutions within the ServiceNow SPM suite, including Demand Management, Project Portfolio Management, Resource Management, and Agile Development.\nCollaborate with stakeholders and Business Analysts to translate business needs into technical specifications and lead technical workshops to review design, architecture, and configuration approaches.\nSupport end-to-end project delivery including sprint planning, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and system optimization.\nDevelop and support integrations with enterprise systems (e.g., Azure AD, HR, ERP, monitoring tools) using REST, SOAP, APIs, and IntegrationHub, ensuring secure data exchange.\nProvide technical leadership and ensure compliance by guiding junior developers or project teams, participating in code reviews, maintaining version control, ensuring security/privacy compliance, and contributing to technical documentation.\nDeliver tailored SPM solutions that align with client objectives, ensuring scalability, usability, and compliance with standards (e.g., FedRAMP, DoD IL-4/IL-5).\n\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.\n3-5+ years of ServiceNow development or technical consulting experience\nProven experience implementing ServiceNow SPM for enterprise clients.\nProven experience delivering at least one full-cycle ServiceNow implementation.\nStrong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, HTML/CSS, and ServiceNow platform architecture.\nExperience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Service Portal development.\nHands-on experience with ServiceNow integrations and API-based data exchange.\nFamiliarity with Agile delivery (Scrum or SAFe).\nStrong understanding of ITIL and enterprise service management practices.\nExcellent problem-solving and debugging skills.\nStrong communication and client-facing presentation abilities\n\nRequired Certifications\nCertified Implementation Specialist - Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)\n\nServiceNow Certified System Administrator\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nITIL v3 or v4 Certification\n\nServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)\n\nAdditional ServiceNow certifications in areas such as ITOM, SecOps, GRC, or ITSM\n\nPMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification\n\nICAgile or equivalent Agile certification\n\nLocation\nRemote\n Windward strives to attract and retain the best individuals and provide an environment where they can all grow professionally and build a rewarding career.
