Client Account Manager (Beauty Industry)

And we’re looking for a Client Account Manager (Beauty Industry) to start immediately!

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Post-Sale Handoff: Take over the relationship immediately after the BDR closes a deal.

• Client Onboarding: Manage the onboarding process into their systems and ensure a smooth transition from the sales team.

• Primary Point of Contact: Handle all ongoing client communication and become the go-to person for beauty-brand founders.

• Account Support: Conduct follow-ups, respond to client needs/questions, and coordinate internally to ensure deliverables are met.

• Retention & Relationship Building: Maintain high client satisfaction and build long-term relationships with the brands.

• Platform Management: Keep client records updated using HubSpot and Bitrix24, and help clients navigate their proprietary Retail Connect platform.

Qualifications:

• Must have clear articulation and strong client-facing communication (written and spoken) since they will be the face of the company to beauty-brand founders.

• Confident, professional, and highly presentable on camera. Every client meeting is a video call, so strong internet is a must.

• Must be able to accommodate UK business hours.

• Genuine interest or knowledge in beauty, skincare, cosmetics, haircare, or fragrance.

• Female is preferred, but clarified it's not strictly mandatory.

• Needs to be capable of learning and navigating HubSpot, Bitrix24, and their proprietary Retail Connect platform.

Technical Requirements:

• USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature

• Working Webcam

• Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM

• Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection

• Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps

Schedule: UK work hours (20 hours per week, Part-time)

Location: 100% Remote

Salary Package: Up to ₱22K/month
