contract signing through implementation, go-live, adoption, retention, and expansion.\nIndependently configure AI agents, including prompts, workflows, actions, transfer rules, notifications, and integrations.\nTroubleshoot customer issues and provide solutions before escalating to engineering.\nWork with APIs, credentials, authentication, 2FA, webhooks, and third-party systems.\nHandle healthcare/EHR/scheduling integrations as needed.\nConduct end-to-end testing of implementations to ensure they function correctly.\nRun onboarding, implementation, troubleshooting, check-in, and escalation calls with customers.\nProactively identify and address issues with unhappy or inactive customers.\nDocument recurring problems and develop repeatable processes/playbooks.\nAdapt to new AI workflows as Central evolves its product offerings.\nRequirements\nCustomer-facing experience with a strong focus on ownership and resolution.\nExcellent spoken and written English communication skills.\nDemonstrated evidence of ownership in prior roles.\nTechnical aptitude and comfort with software configurations.\nAvailability during US business hours.\nAbility to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.\nStrong Signals (Preferred Qualifications)\nExperience in SaaS implementation or customer success.\nHands-on experience configuring software for customers.\nFamiliarity with workflow/no-code/automation tools.\nUnderstanding of APIs/webhooks and telephony/VoIP systems.\nExperience in healthcare/EHR/PMS/RCM environments.\nPrior experience in startup operations or working
