IT Project Manager (Remote)

And we’re looking for an IT Project Manager to start immediately!

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Manage timelines for 60+ simultaneous projects by creating project plans, launch targets, and milestone schedules.
• Identify project risks and proactively recommend solutions to keep projects on track.
• Track project tasks, deliverables, and resource assignments to ensure timely execution.
• Communicate project status, risks, and mitigation plans clearly with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Update and maintain project information in ClickUp.
• Collaborate closely with the existing Wing assistant to ensure project continuity.
• Escalate project issues when necessary and execute appropriate follow-up actions.
• Ensure multiple projects progress according to schedule while maintaining quality and accountability.

Qualifications:

• Experience managing multiple concurrent IT projects independently
• Intermediate to advanced experience with ClickUp or similar project management platforms (e.g., Asana or Monday.com)
• Strong understanding of IT and software implementation environments, including test environments, production environments, and system integrations
• Excellent project planning, organization, and time management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to risk management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision

Technical Requirements:

• USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
• Working Webcam
• Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM
• Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection
• Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps

Location: This is a remote job

Salary Package:

• PHP 89,000
