Lawyer Assistant - Part Time (Expert)

Salary Range: PHP35,000 - PHP38,500

Client Industry: Investment / Multi-Business Operations

Assistant Schedule: 9AM - 6PM UK Time( Client is flexible with the schedule)

Goal:

Build a scalable team of 3-5 assistants immediately, expanding each quarter, to support operational oversight, project workflow execution, and business growth across multiple companies.

Key Specific Tasks VA/Contractor Will Do:

1. The assistant will need to fill out legal forms. The client is not a lawyer

2. Advanced Excel work: reporting, data manipulation, and operational spreadsheets.

VA English Communication Level:

Strong; must communicate clearly with concise, task-focused messaging.

Technical Requirements:

  • USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
  • Working Webcam
  • Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM
  • Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection
  • Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps
