Regularly meet with each VA to discuss performance, set objectives, and provide actionable feedback for growth.\nAttend 2-3 in-person collaborative sessions per week with the core team to strategize, discuss team progress, and plan initiatives that promote continuous improvement in service delivery.\nLeverage your knowledge of various industries to support VAs in delivering industry-specific solutions, addressing diverse client needs, and adapting to new sectors as required.\nSet measurable performance goals, track team progress, and identify areas for improvement. Conduct regular performance evaluations and ensure high standards are consistently met.\nAct as the first point of contact for escalated issues, working to resolve client concerns, mitigate risks, and implement solutions to improve overall team efficiency.\nEncourage VAs to share insights and identify areas for personal and professional development.
