OAuth, webhooks, and system constraints.\nConduct personal QA on delivered features and products to ensure they meet customer needs and quality standards.\nEngage directly with customers to gather feedback, handle challenges, and make informed prioritization decisions.\nEffectively push back on stakeholders, including founders and executives, with reasoned arguments to ensure product integrity and focus.\nClose open feedback loops aggressively instead of allowing them to languish in a backlog.\nLead product initiatives in fast-moving startup environments, managing meaningful product areas with limited resources.\nExplore opportunities for product improvement based on customer behavior, adoption rates, revenue, retention, and efficiency metrics.\nRequirements\n3-8 years of hands-on product management experience in B2B SaaS, AI, or related fields.\nDemonstrated ability to ship products from inception to market, with a focus on measurable outcomes.\nProficiency in writing detailed specifications and QA processes.\nExperience with prototyping tools like Figma, Claude, or similar.\nTechnical fluency in reading API documentation and understanding system integrations.\nStrong communication skills to articulate product vision and engage with cross-functional teams.\nAbility to manage customer relationships and feedback effectively.\nExperience in fast-paced startups, particularly in roles with ownership of product areas.\nFamiliarity with AI agents, healthcare software, EHR/PMS/RCM, and related technologies is a strong plus.\nExceptional prioritization and
