our AI Agents.\nProactively manage customer expectations and ensure timely resolution of any issues.\nIdentify, close, and expand business opportunities within your customer portfolio.\nCollaborate with integration engineers to facilitate seamless transitions during technical handoffs.\nImplement accelerated customer ramp-up plans to achieve independent go-lives by Day 7.\nCommunicate regularly with customers, providing updates on progress and addressing any concerns.\nTroubleshoot and configure Central independently as needed to resolve customer issues.\nMonitor customer satisfaction and retention, implementing strategies to enhance customer experience.\nRequirements\nProven experience as a Technical Account Manager or similar role in B2B SaaS.\nStrong technical acumen with the ability to understand software solutions and troubleshoot issues.\nExceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.\nDemonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.\nCommercially sharp with a track record of identifying and closing expansion opportunities.\nAbility to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.\nExperience with AI or machine learning technologies is a plus.\nNice to Have\nFamiliarity with API integrations and technical workflows.\nExperience in a startup or high-growth environment.\nUnderstanding of customer success metrics and strategies.\nPrevious experience with AI-driven products or solutions.\nAbility
