standards before considering them complete.\nEngage in customer calls to gather feedback and reproduce bugs effectively.\nDrive issues through engineering until customer outcomes are verified.\nMake decisive priority calls and proactively eliminate low-value work.\nDisagree with leadership when necessary, providing written reasoning for your positions.\nManage your backlog without needing a founder to continually reorganize it.\nRequirements\nExperience as a first Product Manager, early product hire, or startup Product Manager.\nProven track record in AI product management or technical product management.\nBackground as a former founder or engineer who transitioned into product management.\nStrong understanding of product delivery and customer outcomes over mere backlog throughput.\nHands-on experience with prototyping and testing tools.\nAbility to write clear and concise documentation for engineering teams.\nFamiliarity with Agile methodologies, but not solely reliant on coordinating engineering or running ceremonies.\nExcellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to product challenges.\nNice to Have\nExperience in managing and delivering AI-driven products.\nFamiliarity with data models and API integrations in a B2B context.\nExperience working in a startup environment.\nKnowledge of customer validation techniques and
