ensure timely stakeholder communication and RCA delivery within 48 hours \nImplement and test disaster recovery (DR) procedures for platform components, aligning with RTO/RPO objectives \nCapacity Planning & Cloud Strategy\nLead Wing Bank's hybrid cloud strategy: define workload placement criteria, cloud provider evaluation frameworks, and migration playbooks. \nEvaluate Cambodian cloud service providers;
