Senior Server Engineer

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Project Delivery & Infrastructure Automation
• Deploy new servers, virtualization platforms, and middleware solutions.
• Support application and infrastructure projects.
• Develop infrastructure automation scripts and templates.
• Maintain architecture diagrams and technical documentation.
• Implement standard build and deployment procedures.
• Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Intune, Endpoint Compliance and Device Management
• Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, ADFS, and Certificate Services
• Manage Group Policy and identity lifecycle.
• Manage Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive administration
• Manage Microsoft Entra ID, hybrid identity and directory synchronization.
• Maintain role-based access control and privileged administrative accounts.
• Support MFA, Conditional Access and passwordless authentication.
• Configure and maintain device configuration and compliance policies.
• Security, Patching and Compliance Management
• Ensure quarterly VAs, PCI scope are timely patched
• Target and priority all critical and high VAs
• Maintain Windows Server and endpoint hardening baselines.
• Support PCI DSS, ISO 27001, TCRMG and internal compliance assessments.
• Track operating systems and platforms approaching end of life or end of support.
• Work closely with support or vendor to make sure patch not impact the system
• Infrastructure Availability & Reliability
• Monitor server, virtualization, storage, and middleware health.
• Ensure critical production systems meet SLA requirements.
• Perform preventive maintenance and health checks.
• Participate in DR testing and failover validation.
• Reduce unplanned outages through proactive monitoring.
• Build document architecture, design and inventory of Cloud infrastructure
• Design architecture and update inventory
• Define users matrix
• Keep update document

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, strong knowledge of Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Linux systems, storage “SAN and NAS”, mail server, docker, kubernetes and virtualization VMware, OpensShift (OVE)
• Univeristy degree in computer science or IT or similar degrees
• Knowledge in storage like SAN, NAS, object storage…etc
• Excellent technical diagnostic, analying and troubleshooting
• Minimum of 3-5 years professional experiences with relevant responsibilities above
• Ability to deliver Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) service management principles and embedding these into the team and organization
• Experience in Server Virtualization.
