Management \nEnsure quarterly VAs, PCI scope are timely patched \nTarget and priority all critical and high VAs \nMaintain Windows Server and endpoint hardening baselines. \nSupport PCI DSS, ISO 27001, TCRMG and internal compliance assessments. \nTrack operating systems and platforms approaching end of life or end of support. \nWork closely with support or vendor to make sure patch not impact the system \nInfrastructure Availability & Reliability \nMonitor server, virtualization, storage, and middleware health. \nEnsure critical production systems meet SLA requirements. \nPerform preventive maintenance and health checks. \nParticipate in DR testing and failover validation. \nReduce unplanned outages through proactive monitoring. \nBuild document architecture, design and inventory of Cloud infrastructure \nDesign architecture and update inventory \nDefine users matrix \nKeep update document\nJOB REQUIREMENTS\nBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, strong knowledge of Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Linux systems, storage “SAN and NAS”, mail server, docker, kubernetes and virtualization VMware, OpensShift (OVE)\nUniveristy degree in computer science or IT or similar degrees \nKnowledge in storage like SAN, NAS, object storage…etc \nExcellent technical diagnostic, analying and troubleshooting \nMinimum of 3-5 years professional experiences with relevant responsibilities above \nAbility to deliver Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) service management principles and embedding these into the team and organization\nExperience in Server Virtualization. \nEffective communication \nCollaboration and Teamwork \nAdoptability and continue learning \nComposure under pressure \nOwnership and accoutability \nProfessional apprearance suitable for corporate settings \nGood physical and mental heath to manage workload and stress \nAbilitiy to traval occasionally for training delivery or
