The main focus will be managing the existing AWS platform and delivering the transition of on-premises servers to the cloud. You will also contribute to preparations for introducing Microsoft Azure as part of a broader multi-cloud approach.\nYou will work closely with an international IT team responsible for delivering secure, stable, and efficient infrastructure for manufacturing facilities and commercial offices across multiple regions.\nYour role is:\nManage and enhance the AWS infrastructure, including account structure, landing zone configuration, network setup, security controls, and governance.\nCoordinate server migration activities from local data centres to AWS, covering infrastructure assessment, dependency analysis, migration scheduling, cutover, and post-migration improvements.\nConfigure and support cloud connectivity, including VPCs, routing, site-to-site VPNs, and connections to offices and facilities across Europe, North America, and Asia.\nDevelop and maintain Infrastructure as Code solutions using Terraform, while automating routine operational activities.\nEstablish and maintain cloud monitoring, centralised logging, backup processes, and disaster recovery capabilities.\nApply cloud security standards, including IAM configuration, least-privilege access, encryption, and security baselines, in collaboration with the security team.\nTrack cloud resource consumption, identify cost-saving opportunities, and prepare regular reports on usage and expenditure.\nAssist with the development of the organisation’s multi-cloud environment, including initial work on the Azure platform.\nKeep technical documentation, configuration records, and operational guidelines up to date.\nWork with infrastructure operations, cybersecurity specialists, and external service providers to deliver reliable solutions.\nYour skills and experiences:\n3+ years of professional experience in cloud infrastructure, system engineering, or system administration.\nPractical knowledge of AWS services, particularly EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, CloudWatch, AWS Backup, and AWS Organizations.\nExperience moving servers and workloads from on-premises environments to the cloud, using approaches such as rehosting, replatforming, or infrastructure consolidation.\nGood Linux administration skills, including system troubleshooting, security hardening, and automation.\nUnderstanding of core networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, routing, VPNs, and firewalls.\nExperience with Terraform or other Infrastructure as Code practices; scripting knowledge in PowerShell or Python would be an advantage.\nStrong problem-solving skills, an analytical mindset, and the ability to work independently in a structured manner.\nGood command of English and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical team and business stakeholders.\nNice to have:\nFamiliarity with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Entra ID.\nExposure to Amazon Bedrock or other AWS-based AI services.\nRelevant certifications, for example AWS Solutions Architect - Associate, AWS SysOps Administrator, or Microsoft AZ-104.\nOur client offers:\nThe chance to take an active role in a major cloud transformation and AWS migration initiative.\nAn opportunity to influence cloud architecture and technical standards across AWS and Azure environments.\nExposure to modern AI capabilities available through Amazon Bedrock.\nStable cooperation and a compensation package tailored to your skills and experience.\nAccess to technical learning opportunities and support for industry certifications from AWS and Microsoft.\nAn international team environment that encourages knowledge sharing, collaboration, and ongoing technical improvement.\nIf interested, please apply safely through this portal (application rules are in accordance with GDPR).
