PMP or equivalent certification would be an advantage.\n\nExperience working with structured project governance frameworks, project documentation and phase-gate methodologies.\n\nPractical knowledge of project management and collaboration tools, preferably Monday.com, Jira, ServiceNow or similar platforms.\n\nExperience coordinating multinational, cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams in a matrix organizational environment.\n\nStrong stakeholder management skills, including cooperation with senior management, project sponsors and steering committees.\n\nExcellent planning, prioritization, problem-solving and risk management capabilities.\n\nAbility to translate complex requirements and ambiguous situations into structured plans, clear responsibilities and actionable solutions.\n\nExcellent communication, presentation, negotiation and influencing skills.\n\nProactive, hands-on approach, with a strong sense of ownership, accountability and delivery focus.\n\nAbility to work independently while maintaining alignment with overall project strategy and business objectives.\n\nFluent English (minimum C1), both written and spoken;
