of product management expertise\nYou have a bachelor’s degree in engineering, marketing or management\nYou have experience in a technology company, preferably an internet company\nYou are a team player\nYou love data, analytics, numbers\nYou have a proven track record of working with designers, engineers, and various stakeholders to coordinate, plan, execute, and track product releases from beginning to end\nWhat will you do?\nOversee the product roadmap and strategy for your products\nWork closely with the design team in conducting user research, validating product requirements, defining workflows and UX design\nWork collaboratively with engineers, user experience designers, business intelligence, marketing, and end users to incorporate their feedback into the product definition process\nDefine new products and feature business cases by working collaboratively with business and IT teams\nHelp manage internal and external product requests from the customers and internal constituents\nLead the products' UX Development Process such as A/B Testing etc.\nWork with the PR and marketing teams on product release communication\nLeverage analytics to constantly refine and improve strategy\nDefine workflows, mock-ups, critical activities, decisions, dependencies, deliverables and milestones associated with Agile Project Management\nClosely monitor projects to assure that resources are sufficient to successfully achieve project objectives and initiate actions to adjust resource levels in a change of project scope\nMaintain project documentation including schedules, presentations, status reports and other similar documents used and produced by the project team\nDevelop metrics/goals and report out weekly/monthly progress according to KPI's\nWork closely with the Business Intelligence and Digital Marketing / Marketing teams to analyze the performance of the product\nContinuously improve the product to reach and exceed product performance
