This role involves gathering and verifying financial information, reviewing loan applications for compliance, liaising between the borrower and underwriter, and working with mortgage aggregators to ensure a smooth and efficient loan approval process.\nKey Responsibilities:\nCollect and review loan applications and supporting documents to ensure completeness and accuracy.\n\nRequest information from clients and conduct thorough reviews.\n\nObtain and verify necessary financial information, including income, assets, and credit reports.\n\nConduct credit checks and cross-check with disclosed liabilities.\n\nEnsure all loan applications comply with Australian lending regulations and guidelines.\n\nReview Cashdeck for Livex and undisclosed liabilities.\n\nAct as a liaison between borrowers, underwriters, mortgage aggregators, and other stakeholders to facilitate the loan approval process.\n\nWork closely with mortgage aggregators to submit loan applications, track progress, and resolve any issues that arise.\n\nOrder valuations and manage post-approval to settlement process.\n\nPrepare and submit loan files to mortgage lenders and banks for approval.\n\nTrack and follow up on loan applications to ensure timely processing and approval.\n\nAddress and resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise during the loan processing stage\n\nProvide exceptional customer service to borrowers, answering their questions and guiding them through the loan process.\n\nConduct CCR (comprehensive credit reporting) and cross check against disclosed liabilities\n\nRequest outstanding documents based on CCR including (if applicable):\nCredit card statements\n\nPersonal loan statements\n\nCar loan statements\n\nHECS statements\n\nCheck Cashdeck (or whatever software is being used);
