The Graphic Designer supports agents and marketing teams by delivering high-quality, accurate, and timely visual assets for property campaigns, while maintaining brand consistency and supporting efficient day-to-day execution across multiple listings and brands.\nKey Responsibilities\nEdit and enhance property photography to ensure listings are presented professionally and consistently.\n\nPrepare and refine drone imagery, including adding location pins, site highlights, and directional markers.\n\nEnsure property images are optimised for websites, portals, social media, and digital advertising.\n\nApply brand guidelines consistently across all property marketing materials.\n\nResize, crop, and format images for different platforms and placements.\n\nAssist with basic layout design for property marketing assets, including listing graphics, social tiles, and digital brochures, where required.\n\nCollaborate with marketing and sales teams to understand listing requirements and turnaround priorities.\n\nMaintain organised folders and asset libraries for property images and campaign materials.\n\nEnsure accuracy of visual details, including property boundaries, location markers, and overall presentation.\n\nManage multiple property listings and design requests efficiently within required timeframes.\n\nRequired Skills\nProficiency in graphic design and photo-editing tools, including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Canva.\n\nStrong experience editing property photography and digital images.\n\nExperience working with drone imagery, including adding location pins, overlays, and annotations.\n\nUnderstanding of image optimisation for real estate portals, websites, and social media.\n\nStrong attention to detail, composition, and visual consistency.\n\nAbility to accurately follow and apply brand guidelines.\n\nExcellent time management skills and the ability to meet tight listing deadlines.\n\nClear written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with onshore team members.\n\nA proactive, collaborative, and feedback-friendly mindset.\n\nAbility to manage multiple listings and competing priorities efficiently.\n\nRequirements\nTechnical Requirements:\nEquipment is self-provided\n\nUSB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature\n\nWorking Webcam\n\nComputer with at least 1.5 GHz processor and at least 8GB RAM\n\nMain Internet Service Speed: at least 50 Mbps cable connection\n\nBackup Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps\n\nDual Monitor\n\nContractor Perks & Rewards:\n20 Paid Time Off\n\nReferral Bonus -
