To learn more about the merger, click here.\n The Supervisor, Mortgage Post Closing supports the daily leadership and operations of the Post Closing team, helping ensure timely and accurate review of first mortgage closing documentation. This position assists with workload management, staff training and development, process improvements, implementation of new requirements, and resolution of member and staff concerns. The Supervisor also partners with department leadership to develop effective procedures and workflows that support department and Credit Union goals while staying current on mortgage lending practices and requirements.\nEssential Functions\nOversee the day-to-day operations of the Post Closing team, including scheduling, pipeline management, workload prioritization, and assignment of work. Recommend and implement process and procedural improvements, and provide guidance to mortgage staff on lending guidelines and specific loan files.\nCoach and develop team members, address personnel matters, conduct performance evaluations, and establish and assess performance expectations and standards.\nServe as a point of escalation for complex issues involving internal teams, members, and third-party vendors, helping facilitate timely and effective resolution.\nProvide operational support and workload coverage as needed to maintain service levels during staff absences or periods of increased volume.\nMaintain current knowledge of government and investor guidelines, as well as Credit Union lending policies and procedures.\nParticipate in special projects and initiatives, including researching new loan programs, industry practices, process improvements, and emerging technology.\nBank Secrecy Act: Remains cognizant of and adheres to Wings policies and procedures, and regulations pertaining to the Bank Secrecy Act.\n Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, or similar field of study, preferred\n3+ years combined Mortgage loan processing, closing or servicing, required\n1+ years senior or team leadership experience, required\nTechnical or Specialized Knowledge/Skills:\nExtensive working knowledge of 1st mortgage products that may include Conventional, FHA, VA, construction, land and portfolio investment properties loans\nExtensive knowledge of investor and lending regulatory guidelines\nAbility to analyze member provided documentation (i.e. paystubs, credit reports, assets, tax returns, etc.), purchase contracts, title commitments, and recognize potential red flags/fraud\nAbility to analyze purchase contracts, title commitments, and recognize potential red flags/fraud\nAbility to analyze and problem solve to create positive outcomes for all interested parties\nAbility to prioritize/manage files and allocate resources\nAnalytical and mathematical skills\nPossess leadership abilities\nInitiative to meet and/or exceed job standards and willingness to take on other tasks that aren't part of their regular job\nDisplay positive, professional disposition/behavior\nOrganized, detail oriented, flexible and able to multi- task in an ever-changing environment\nSelf-motivated\nAdvanced conflict resolution and problem-solving skills\nEffective communication and interpersonal skills\nAbility to give oral presentations to a group\nAbility to coach and mentor staff, providing support and direction\nAbility to lead by example and be a positive role model to others\nAbility to make sound decisions in all aspects of the job\nComputer skills to include Microsoft Word and Excel\nType a minimum of 30 wpm\nCertifications Required:\nMust satisfactorily complete all relevant tests and trainings for Mortgage Lending certification, including Employee and Construction loans, required\n PAY RANGE: $70,000 - $82,000 Annually (S15), plus 10% annual target bonus.\nFinal compensation for this position will be determined by various factors such as relevant work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, certifications, location and internal pay equity.\nBENEFITS:\nGenerous 401(k) match\n401k Discretionary Profit Sharing\nHealth Insurance\nDental Insurance\nVision Insurance\nLife Insurance\nShort Term and Long Term Disability\nHealth Savings Account with company contribution\nEmployee Assistance Program\nPaid Vacation, Sick, Floating Holidays and Volunteer Time Off\nPaid Holidays\nTuition Reimbursement\nPaid Parental Leave\nWe anticipate this position to close on 11/03/2026.
