We all win together.\nWHAT WE’LL NEED\nWe are seeking a Digital Implementation Analyst to join the Digital Technology team. This individual will be responsible for implementing digital menu and restaurant updates across new and existing markets. This individual will be instrumental in ensuring all restaurants’ digital storefronts are accurate and operational. This individual will work cross-functionally to strengthen our menu planning process and drive optimization. This is a key role with significant impact on all areas of the business. This individual will work with a talented team of internal and external resources in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, Agile environment. Role responsibilities include:\nSupport menu product and promotion rollouts, including drafting & proofing communications to the field.\n\nManage fee & pricing update logistics, coordinating input from our finance, the marketing and brand team, and our third-party delivery partners.\n\nMaintain and update all restaurant listings and menus published on digital properties.\n\nEnsure internal and external teams are informed in a timely manner of all menu changes or new products, programs, and promotions.\n\nManage menus and promotions on multiple e-commerce platforms\n\nManage multiple project timelines simultaneously.\n\nAppropriately identify and raise issues and risks to Management and team members.\n\nParticipate in the evaluation of new platforms, tools, and technologies.\n\nRepresent the Digital team at project planning and implementation meetings.\n\nEvaluate problems and recommend solutions based on system knowledge and anticipated business needs.\n\nUse analytical skills to monitor trends, diagnose problems, and surface opportunities.\n\nAssist the execution of product, promotion, coupon creation, and marketing campaign launches. Understand the business needs of department leaders and translate those needs into actionable plans to deliver solutions and measure success.\n\nAbility to clearly & concisely present insights, in both written and verbal form, at any level of the organization.\n\nEvaluate problems and recommend solutions based on system knowledge and anticipated business needs.\n\nUse analytical skills to monitor trends, diagnose problems, and surface opportunities.\n\nAssist the execution of platform and innovation launches.\n\nWHAT YOU’LL NEED\nEssential skills include:\nAbility to facilitate work across high-performance teams to rapidly develop and implement innovative, sustainable solutions.\n\nAbility to produce clear documentation and reports for project-related work. Includes the ability to clearly present status or other key information to the management team.\n\nExperience in basic data analysis, reporting, and insights using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.\n\nProficiency in standard office equipment and computer software, including Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.\n\nStrong working knowledge of distributed e-commerce & POS systems in a restaurant or retail environment is preferred.\n\nStrong analytical skills with exceptional follow-up and sense of urgency.\n\nExcellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.\n\nExcellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.\n\nStrong personal commitment to integrity and professionalism.\n\nIndependent thinker and proactive problem solver.\n\nAbility to self-direct with broad supervision and handle multiple high-priority tasks.\n\nHandling support tickets promptly\n\nEducation and work experience requirements include:\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred but not required.\n\nExperience working with 3rd party technology service providers, preferably in retail or restaurant ecommerce.\n\nExperience with distributed restaurant or retail systems preferred but not required.\n\nOccasional travel may be required (\n\nWHO YOU ARE \nNo job is too small.
