We all win together.\nWHAT WE'LL NEED\nThe International Business Development Director will be instrumental in turbo charging Wingstop’s next phase of growth on our journey to becoming a Top 10 Global Restaurant Brand. A team player that will work in close partnership with the Global Head of Business Development, regional stakeholders across EMEA, APAC and LATAM and teams at our Global Support Centre.\nPrimary Objective:\nThe #1 objective of this role is to build and maintain a high-quality development pipeline that effectively balances brand awareness, market accessibility, and Brand Partner profitability. Achieving this balance is fundamental to ensuring sustainable, long-term growth for the brand.\nThe role is multi-faceted and suited to a passionate self-starter who is both culturally and commercially astute. Areas of focus will include owning the end-to-end Brand Partner (Franchisee) identification and onboarding process inclusive of financial and legal due diligence. Mapping the Brand Partner landscape on a global landscape, whilst cultivating relationships and tracking QRS/F&B/Fast Casual market trends. Developing a global infrastructure for scalable development that includes identifying and managing best in class 3P vendors such as market planning and analytics.\nYou must be a collaborative and energetic relationship builder with a strategic global mindset as well as a passion for detail and execution. Brand Partner selection and their success is at the very heart of what this department does.\nIn essence, you will play a critical role defining and driving the business and brand expansion of Wingstop globally.\nLead the identification, assessment, and onboarding of new brand partners globally.\nDevelop and maintain a structured global partner pipeline and tracking system.\nPartner with finance and legal to manage due diligence and franchise agreements.\nBuild and manage global vendor relationships (e.g., analytics, real estate planning).\nMonitor global QSR and fast-casual trends to inform strategic decision-making.\nCollaborate with regional teams to ensure consistent, scalable execution.\nReport regularly on market performance and partner success metrics. \nWHAT YOU'LL NEED\nExperienced in a similar role is essential, preferably in a global role within the Restaurant segment. \nA Global citizen with an extensive network and cultural exposure and awareness. \nPossess a deep knowledge of the Restaurant sector.\nA natural relationship builder. \nMulti-Lingual capability a plus\nRobust and qualified franchise pipeline aligned to Wingstop’s long-term market strategy\nGrowth acceleration through new and existing Brand Partner development\nStrong internal and partner relationships grounded in trust and performance\nStrong grasp of real estate development and market planning principles\nExcellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills\nStrong understanding of franchise business models and P&L drivers.\n10+ years in international business development or franchise growth (preferably QSR).\nWillingness to travel up to 60-70%.\nKnowledge of the Real Estate arena and strong analytical ability. \nWHO YOU ARE\nNo job is too small.
