People Leadership & Talent Development\nBuild, lead, and sustain a high-performing leadership team, including Assistant Managers and Shift Leaders\n\nServe as a designated trainer and/or operate a certified training restaurant for new leaders, team members, and company initiatives\n\nLead and support company hiring events, onboarding programs, and training sessions as needed\n\nEnsure best-in-class execution of onboarding, orientation, and training programs\n\nDevelop and execute structured development plans for all levels of the team\n\nMake all final hiring, promotion, and separation decisions in alignment with company standards\n\nFoster a culture of accountability, recognition, and continuous improvement\n\n2. Financial & Business Leadership\n\nOwn full restaurant P&L and deliver top-quartile performance in:\n\nSales growth\n\nLabor management\n\nFood cost control\n\nProfitability\n\nExecute a forward-looking business plan aligned with company goals\n\nAnalyze financial performance trends and implement data-driven action plans\n\nSet and achieve aggressive performance targets across all key business metrics\n\nMaintain strict control of cash, inventory, assets, and operational expenses\n\n3. Operational Excellence & Brand Standards\nEnsure consistent execution of brand standards across all shifts\n\nOperate as a model restaurant for:\n\nSpeed of service\n\nGuest experience\n\nFood safety and quality\n\nCleanliness and facility standards\n\nLead execution of all company initiatives and new program rollouts\n\nMaintain strong partnership with Facilities to ensure restaurant conditions meet or exceeds standards\n\nUtilize company tools and systems to coach and develop team members\n\n4. Training, Events & Enterprise Contribution\nServe as a training leader for the organization, supporting:\n\nNew restaurant openings\n\nLeadership onboarding\n\nCompany-led operational initiatives\n\nParticipate in company hiring events, training events, and brand activations\n\nSupport cross-functional initiatives in partnership with the Restaurant Support Center\n\nRepresent the brand as a culture ambassador and operational expert\n\n5. Scheduling, Attendance & Operational Discipline\nEnsure consistent leadership presence in the restaurant through intentional and disciplined scheduling\n\nMaintain a schedule aligned to business needs, including:\n\nPeak dayparts\n\nWeekends\n\nHolidays\n\nKey business-driving periods\n\nDemonstrate strong personal accountability for attendance, punctuality, and visibility\n\nEnsure leadership coverage across all shifts to support operational consistency\n\nWork a minimum of 50-60 hours per week, with flexibility based on business demands\n\nADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS\nHigh School Diploma or GED required\n\nBachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred\n\nMust be 18 years of age or older\n\nProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)\n\nAbility to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and technologies\n\nQUALIFICATIONS\n7+ years of restaurant, food service, or retail leadership experience\n\n3+ years in Leadership or equivalent multi-level leadership role preferred\n\nProven track record of delivering strong financial and operational results\n\nAdvanced proficiency in analyzing P&L statements and restaurant performance metrics\n\nDemonstrated ability
