We all win together.\nWHAT WE’LL NEED\nJob Summary:\nThe Compensation Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the Wingstop’s compensation strategy. This role involves analyzing market data, ensuring competitive pay practices, and aligning compensation programs with the company’s goals and objectives.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDevelop and administer compensation programs, including base salary, bonuses, and incentive plans.\nConduct market research to benchmark compensation practices and ensure competitive pay.\nAnalyze job descriptions and market data to establish salary structures and pay grades.\nCollaborate with HR and leadership to create and implement pay policies that attract and retain talent.\nManage annual compensation review processes, including salary increases and bonus allocations.\nProvide guidance and support to HR and management regarding compensation-related inquiries.\nEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to compensation and reporting.\nPrepare and present compensation reports and recommendations to senior management.\nStay updated on industry trends and best practices in compensation and benefits.\nWHAT YOU’LL NEED\nBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.\n5+ years of experience in compensation management or related HR roles.\nStrong knowledge of compensation principles, practices, and regulations.\nProficiency in data analysis and compensation software.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.\nCertification (e.g., CCP) is a plus.\nWHO YOU ARE \nNo job is too small.
