We all win together.\nWHAT WE’LL NEED\nThe Regional Design Coordinator is responsible for supporting the implementation and execution of restaurant design and brand standards. The ideal candidate will have a background in construction and design project management and a proven track record to ensure successful completion of key business objectives, schedules, and priorities. Will work directly with multiple other functions inside and outside of the development team, including construction; real-estate; operations; marketing; architects and engineers.\nResponsible for tracking, monitoring, and driving the new store design process from site approval through permitting.\nManage deadlines and progress across the team to ensure the project is delivered on time and on budget\nInterface with brand partners to analyze design aspects of potential markets, trade areas and sites.\nManage the store design process with brand partners, construction manager, architect and engineers in designated geographical region.\nCommunicate and clarify brand standards regarding image, design and equipment to architects, brand partners, developers and other external parties.\nInterface of schematic store design and layout with brand partners.\nManage and coordinate vendor engagement within the project to ensure responsibilities are met within the approved timeline, scope and design - including architects, kitchen vendors, and FF&E providers.\nReview construction documents for WRI prototypical standards.\nEnsure permit documents contain all MEP design standards to construct restaurant in a cost- effective manner. - VALUE ENGINEER\nTrack building permit submittal and permit process.\nBrings problems to the attention of the supervisor; is willing to ask for help.\nIdentifies and introduces new ideas and solutions to create efficiency in the operation.\nAlways represents the brand and department in a professional and polished manner.\nWHAT YOU’LL NEED\n2+ years of progressive responsibility and success within project management.\nKnowledge of the architecture & construction process required, ability to read a full set of construction documents inclusive of MEP+S.\nRestaurant design and kitchen layout experience required.\nStrong verbal communication and listening skills.\nStrong problem solving and decision-making skills.\nGuest service mentality has a genuine desire to serve the customer.\nMaintains a calm, tactful demeanor when dealing with difficult situations.\nManages multiple projects and timelines with a sense of urgency and follow through.\nForms strong working relationships within team.\nIdentifies additional tasks to be completed and willingly assists others.\nOngoing learner; exhibits insatiable curiosity and an interest in self-improvement.\nWHO YOU ARE \nNo job is too small.
