We’re in the flavor business. It’s been our mission to Serve the World Flavor since we first opened in 1994, and we’re just getting started. 1997 saw the opening of our first brand partner operated Wingstop location, and by 2002 we had served the world one billion wings. It’s flavor that defines us and has made Wingstop one of the fastest growing brands in the restaurant industry.\nAbove all else - our success is largely due to our people and our core values, or what we call The Wingstop Way of being entrepreneurial, service-minded, fun, and authentic. We believe having a strong people foundation centered on these collective values creates a crave-worthy culture and talented team, as well as ensures our brand is poised for accelerated growth. We all win together.\nWHAT WE’LL NEED\nWe are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to own end-to-end delivery across our Oracle Fusion Cloud portfolio spanning ERP, HCM, and EPM. This role sits at the intersection of business strategy and technical execution: you will drive the portfolio roadmap, run the quarterly update cycle, govern the integration and data landscape, and act as the connective tissue between Finance, HR, IT, systems integrators, and Oracle.\nThis is a hands-on program leadership role. You will not write the code, but you will be expected to understand the architecture well enough to challenge estimates, spot risk early, and make credible trade-off decisions in the room. Success looks like predictable releases, clean integrations, informed stakeholders, and no surprises at quarter close.\nPortfolio & Program Leadership\nOwn the consolidated delivery roadmap across Oracle Fusion ERP, HCM, and EPM, sequencing work against business priorities, Oracle's release calendar, annual business events, and finance/HR cycle constraints.\nRun intake, prioritization, and capacity planning across multiple concurrent workstreams and module teams.\nMaintain a single source of truth for scope, schedule, dependencies, budget, risks, and decisions; drive the RAID log and escalate with a recommendation, not just a problem.\nProduce executive-ready status reporting that translates technical detail into business impact for the CIO, CFO, and CHRO organizations.\nLead cross-module design and impact reviews where a change in one pillar (e.g., HCM position management) affects another (e.g., ERP costing or EPM planning models).\nQuarterly Release Management\nOwn the Oracle Fusion quarterly update cycle end to end: readiness assessment of Oracle release notes, feature opt-in decisions, impact analysis, test planning, cutover, and post-update validation.\nPartner with functional and technical leads to triage new features quarterly - what we adopt now, what we defer, and what we must remediate before the update lands.\nDrive the regression testing strategy across ERP, HCM, and EPM, including automated regression coverage, test environment scheduling, and defect triage through to resolution.\nOperate the change control and release governance process: CAB submissions, approval gates, communication plans, and rollback readiness.\nCoordinate environment strategy and refresh calendars (Dev, Test, UAT, Prod) so that release, project, and break-fix work do not collide.\nPublish and maintain the release calendar and communicate downstream impacts to business users, service desk, and reporting consumers well in advance of each update.\nIntegrations, Data & Reporting\nGovern the integration landscape across Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), middleware, file-based interfaces, and third-party SaaS connections into and out of Fusion.\nDrive integration design reviews with architects, ensuring error handling, monitoring, reconciliation, and support runbooks exist before go-live - not after the first failure.\nLead data migration and data quality programs: mapping, cleansing, conversion cycles, mock loads, validation, and sign-off criteria.\nOwn delivery of reporting and analytics capability across the portfolio (OTBI, BI Publisher, FBDI/HDL/HCM Extracts, Fusion Data Intelligence or equivalent), balancing self-service needs against governance.\nPartner with security and compliance on role design, segregation of duties, and audit requirements (SOX, data privacy) as part of every release and integration.\nStakeholder & Vendor Management\nServe as the primary program interface for Finance, HR, Payroll, Procurement, FP&A, and IT leadership; build trust by being consistently accurate and early with information.\nManage systems integrators and implementation partners against statements of work, deliverable quality, milestones, and burn - hold vendors accountable without turning the relationship adversarial.\nOwn the day-to-day Oracle relationship: support escalations (SRs), roadmap briefings, product feedback, and advisory engagements.\nFacilitate steering committees and governance forums; drive decisions to closure and document them so they stay decided.\nLead organizational change management in partnership with business owners - training, communications, super-user networks, and adoption measurement.\nSuccess in the First Year\nFirst 90 days - Build a complete map of the portfolio: modules in use, integrations in flight, active projects, key stakeholders, and vendor commitments. Establish a credible reporting cadence.\nFirst 6 months - Run at least two Oracle quarterly updates with no unplanned business disruption and a documented, repeatable readiness process.\nFirst 12 months - Deliver an approved, funded multi-quarter portfolio roadmap; measurably reduce release-related defects and integration incidents; be the person leadership asks first about anything Fusion.\nCompetencies\nStructured thinking - decomposes ambiguous problems into plans other people can execute.\nTechnical credibility - earns the respect of architects and developers without needing to be one.\nInfluence without authority - moves work forward across teams that do not report to them.\nBias for clarity - over-communicates status, risk, and decisions in writing.\nCalm under pressure - steady during cutover weekends, escalations, and quarter close.\nWHAT YOU’LL NEED\nBachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.\n5-8+ years of technical program or project management experience delivering enterprise SaaS applications, including at least 3 years on Oracle Fusion Cloud.\nDemonstrated ownership of programs spanning at least two Oracle Fusion pillars (ERP, HCM, EPM, or SCM), with working fluency in the third.\nHands-on experience managing Oracle Fusion quarterly updates, including feature opt-in analysis and regression testing coordination.\nPractical understanding of Fusion integration and data tooling - OIC, REST/SOAP web services, FBDI, HDL, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, OTBI.\nProven track record managing systems integrators and third-party vendors on complex, multi-workstream deliveries.\nStrong command of both waterfall and Agile delivery methods, with the judgment to know which one a given workstream actually needs.\nExceptional written and verbal communication; able to brief executives and debug a design issue with an architect in the same afternoon.\nComfort with ambiguity, competing priorities, and the operational reality of a live enterprise platform.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in a multi-unit retail, restaurant, franchise, or hospitality environment, including franchise-specific reporting or financial structures.\nPrior participation in a full Oracle Fusion implementation or a major ERP/HCM re-platform.\nExperience with EPM modules such as Planning, Financial Consolidation and Close, Account Reconciliation, or Narrative Reporting.\nPMP, PgMP, SAFe, Certified ScrumMaster, or Oracle Cloud certifications.\nFamiliarity with test automation for Oracle Fusion (e.g., Opkey, Tricentis, Provar) and with ITSM tooling such as ServiceNow or Jira.\nWorking knowledge of SOX controls and audit support in a Fusion environment.\nWHO YOU ARE \nNo job is too small. You recognize that the real work happens in the restaurants, and everything we do should support their success. You stay humble, roll up your sleeves, and always look for ways to help. You learn from others and contribute wherever you can.\nYou care deeply about doing great work and driving results. You’re curious, ask questions, and seek out opportunities to improve. You don’t just point out problems-you bring solutions, ideas, and perspectives that move the team forward.\nYou take full responsibility for your work and see things through to completion. You aren’t afraid to fail because you know that failure is a part of learning and growth. You take action, move fast, and keep pushing forward.\nYou lead with empathy, respect, and emotional intelligence. You collaborate effectively, fostering a culture of trust and constructive feedback. You understand the importance of teamwork and ensure that your actions build others up rather than break them down.\nYou push yourself and others to be better. You embrace healthy conflict, knowing that great ideas and strong teams emerge from honest, constructive conversations. You believe that leaders create leaders and are committed to fostering a culture of growth, challenge, and continuous improvement.\nBENEFITS\nFLAVOR PERKS:\nUnlimited paid time off for exempt employees\n\nOne paid volunteer day of your choice\n\nCompetitive bonus structure for eligible roles\n\nTeam member stock purchase plan\n\nHealth savings or flexible spending account options\n\n401k - (dollar for dollar on the first 3% and then 50 cents on the dollar for the next 2% for team member contributions up to 5% of eligible compensation)\n\nComprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits\n\nBasic life and AD&D insurance provided\n\nPet insurance\n\nEducation Assistance\n\nWellness reimbursement program\n\nPaid maternity and paternity leave\n\nFUN IS THE BEST FLAVOR:\nLunch provided every Tuesday and Thursday in office\n\nDiscount on Wingstop gift cards\n\nOnsite game room\n\nWingstop provides equal opportunities for everyone that works for us and everyone that applies to join our team, without regard to sex or gender, gender identity, gender expression, age, race, religious creed, color, national origin, ancestry, pregnancy, physical or mental disability, medical condition, genetic information, marital status, sexual orientation, any service, past, present, or future, in the uniformed services of the United States (military or veteran status), or any other consideration protected by federal, state, or local law.","description_format":"text","description_chars":10576,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":5,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":{"level":"bachelor","optional":true},"security_clearance":false,"languages":[]},"benefits":["401k plan","Education assistance"],"hiring_locations":[],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":["Business Development"],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-10-05T02:01:12Z"}],"visa":[],"liveness":{"score":32,"band":"fade","label":"Fading","p_open":1,"p_active":0.531,"p_room":0.6,"age_days":52,"expected_fill_days":57,"reasons":["conf:2","stale_co","velocity","win:late","crowd:brand"],"computed_at":"2026-10-17T05:46:00Z"},"pay":null,"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/wingstop-restaurants-inc-senior-technical-program-manager-corporate-systems","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/wingstop-restaurants-inc-senior-technical-program-manager-corporate-systems.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-10-18T23:30:28Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers","about":"Alion is a live layer of people, companies and AI agents: who they are, whether they are real and active right now, what they do and how to work with them, readable by people and by agents and paid per call.","catalog":"https://alion.io/catalog.json","usage":{"tier":"crawler_verified","counted_by":"address","units_charged":1,"used_today":26028,"day_limit":null,"remaining_today":null,"minute_limit":300,"resets_at":"2026-10-19T00:00:00Z"}},"offers":[{"id":"company.slices","title":"One company in depth, by slice","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002,"plus_per_slice":{"credits":0.05,"usd":0.005}},"unit":"per company, plus each slice with data","note":"the employer in depth","call":{"mcp_tool":"get_company","arguments":{"id":1757782},"rest":"https://alion.io/mcp/rest/get_company?id=1757782"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.slices&for=job%2Fwingstop-restaurants-inc-senior-technical-program-manager-corporate-systems"},{"id":"market.stats","title":"A market slice: pay, demand and time to fill","status":"live","price":{"credits":1,"usd":0.1},"unit":"per slice","note":"pay, demand and time to fill for this role and place","call":{"mcp_tool":"market_stats"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=market.stats&for=job%2Fwingstop-restaurants-inc-senior-technical-program-manager-corporate-systems"},{"id":"job.search","title":"Open jobs by role, technology, place, pay and visa","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002},"unit":"per posting in a list","note":"similar open postings","call":{"mcp_tool":"search_jobs"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=job.search&for=job%2Fwingstop-restaurants-inc-senior-technical-program-manager-corporate-systems"},{"id":"company.verify","title":"Is this company real and active right now","status":"pilot","price":null,"unit":"per company","request":{"url":"https://alion.io/catalog/request","method":"POST","body":"{\"offer\": \"company.verify\", \"for\": \"job/wingstop-restaurants-inc-senior-technical-program-manager-corporate-systems\", \"note\": \"what you need it for\"}"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.verify&for=job%2Fwingstop-restaurants-inc-senior-technical-program-manager-corporate-systems"}]}
