We all win together.\nWHAT WE’LL NEED\nWingstop is seeking an experienced HCM Solutions Architect to lead the design, governance, and optimization of our Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion platform.\nThis role serves as the technical owner of workforce systems across Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent, and Workforce Management. You will architect integrations across HCM, ERP, POS, payroll, and analytics platforms to ensure scalability, compliance, and data integrity in a rapidly growing, multi-unit environment.\nYou will drive delivery & release governance by developing and presenting solution designs and planned deployments through Weekly Architecture Review Board (ARB) for technical alignment and Weekly Change Advisory Board (CAB) for release approval and risk management.\nYou will partner closely with HR, Finance, Operations, IT, and external vendors to deliver sustainable, enterprise-grade solutions that support both corporate and restaurant team members.\nWhat You’ll Do\nOwn the end-to-end architecture of Oracle HCM Cloud\n\nDesign and govern integrations using OIC and API-based middleware\n\nEnsure accurate data flow across HCM, ERP, POS, payroll, and reporting systems\n\nDevelop and present solution designs and planned releases for technical alignment with ARB\n\nPresent production changes to the Change Advisory Board (CAB) weekly to secure release authorization and ensure risk mitigation.\n\nLead quarterly Oracle HCM updates, patches, enhancements, and module expansions from design through production deployment.\n\nDevelop and maintain documentation, integration mappings, data flow diagrams, and deployment runbooks.\n\nDevelop and present architecture designs and technical risk reviews to the Architecture Review Board (ARB).\n\nDevelop and present deployment plans, change records, risk mitigation steps, and rollback procedures to the Change Advisory Board (CAB).\n\nMonitor post-production performance and integrations; perform root cause analysis and remediation as needed.\n\nEstablish governance standards that reduce technical debt and support audit compliance (SOX)\n\nServe as the primary technical advisor to HR and Payroll leadership\n\nPartner with implementation teams and AMS providers to ensure stable, scalable operations\n\nEvaluate and guide adoption of AI-enabled HCM capabilities\nWHAT YOU’LL NEED\n5+ years of experience in HCM systems, HRIS architecture, or enterprise applications\n\nDeep expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud\n\nStrong experience with enterprise integrations (OIC, APIs)\n\nKnowledge of payroll, benefits, time & labor, and workforce management processes\n\nExperience in retail, restaurant, hospitality, or multi-location environments preferred\n\nFamiliarity with SOX compliance and audit controls\n\nAbility to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions\n\nOracle Cloud Fusion certifications are a plus.\nWHO YOU ARE \nNo job is too small.
