We all win together.\nWHAT WE’LL NEED\nAs Supply Chain Manager for India, you will play a critical role in establishing, scaling, and optimizing our supply chain infrastructure in one of our key growth markets. You will partner closely with Brand Partners, global teams, and regional stakeholders to ensure consistent supply, cost efficiency, and adherence to Wingstop’s quality and food safety standards.\nThis role is both strategic and hands-on, requiring a builder mindset to support market entry, expansion, and ongoing operations.\nBuild & Support India Supply Chain Operations\nEstablish and manage a reliable end-to-end supply chain network across India \nEnsure continuity of supply by proactively identifying risks and mitigating disruptions, whilst identifying opportunities. \nPartner with franchisees and distributors to oversee demand forecasting for suppliers. \nMonitor and manage cost of goods (COGS) and identify cost optimization opportunities \nEnsure all suppliers meet Wingstop’s quality assurance and food safety standards\nSupplier Sourcing & Management\nSource, qualify, and onboard nominated suppliers (food, packaging, equipment). Approve locally (franchisee) managed suppliers and distributors.\n\nLead supplier negotiations, contracts, and performance management. In line with regional and global framework\n\nImplement Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) practices including QBRs, Scorecards and continuous improvement plans\n\nStrategically map out the next 1-3 years sourcing plan, based on the development pipeline for India. With risk, quality and commercials at the forefront.\n\nBe a critical thinker and where appropriate identify opportunities that expand the sourcing opportunities outside of India.\n\nEnsure suppliers are meeting Wingstop governance and regulation on operational and product standards. Full due-diligence and transparency required.\n\nNew Market Entry & Expansion\nLead supply chain workstreams for new restaurant openings across India\n\nBuild scalable procurement and distribution models to support rapid growth\n\nCoordinate importation (if required), regulatory compliance, and customs processes\n\nSupport BP in Identifying and approving logistics partners.\n\nCross-Functional Collaboration & Innovation\nPartner with Marketing and Consumer Insights teams on product localization and new menu development\n\nSupport Operations in testing and rollout of equipment and packaging solutions\n\nCollaborate with global and regional teams to align on standards, leverage scale, and share best practices\n\nAnalyze market trends and provide insights to maintain competitive advantage\n\nAnalytics, Reporting & Strategy\nDevelop and manage reporting on suppliers, costs, logistics, and performance metrics \nUse data-driven insights to improve efficiency and support strategic decisions \nContribute to long-term supply chain strategy for India and broader APAC region \nConduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans\nWHAT YOU’LL NEED\nBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field\n\n6 -8+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics\n\nExperience in QSR, foodservice, industries preferred\n\nStrong understanding of the Indian supplier landscape and regulatory environment\n\nProven experience in supplier sourcing, negotiation, and contract management\n\nExperience building or scaling supply chains in a growth or startup environment is highly valued\n\nStrong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills\n\nAbility to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)\nWHO YOU ARE \nNo job is too small.
