We all win together.\nWHAT WE’LL NEED\nWe are seeking a Senior Tax Accountant to become an importantpartofourteamasyou workwiththeSeniorTax Manager to manage the day-to-day activities of the tax team. You will have the ability to problem solve and think analytically while ensuring work is completed in a timely and accurate manner.\nThisindividualisanenergeticself-starterthatwillhelpto manage all aspects tax compliance, accounting and planning and works cross-functionally within the organization to support growth of the business.\nPrepareand/orreviewcorporatefederal,state,and international income tax forms to ensure accuracy and timely filing.\n\nPrepareindirecttaxfilings,includingsalesanduse tax returns and property tax returns.\n\nAssistwithpreparingthequarterlyincometax provisions in accordance with ASC 740.\n\nAssistwithallactivitiesandprocessesrelatedto income tax compliance.\n\nWorkwithstate,local,federal,andinternationaltax authorities and advisors on direct taxation matters to help resolve tax issues.\n\nAssistwithmaintainingdocumentationandsupport the implementation of income tax processes in accordance with internal controls, ensuring all controls are followed and properly documented.\n\nIdentifyandintroducenewideasandsolutionsto create efficiencies and streamline processes.\n\nCollaborate with Accounting and other internal/external stakeholders to support tax strategies and process improvements.
